>Ground Shipping RatesGround shipping will be charged on most items at $7.50 for the first item and then $1.50 per item after that. Small items will be charged shipping at $1.00 per item. A $5.00 handling charge will be added on orders with a subtotal of less than $25.00.
Once in a while it happens that the website program fails to add the proper shipping charges to the order. If this happens we will add or credit the correct amount after the order is placed and will let you know by email that this has been done.
All items sold by RFIDtagstcc.com are priced in U.S. Dollars. You may order products from this storefront through our secure online server using your credit card or you may pay by check. Credit cards which we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal or American Express. If you decide to pay by check the order will not normally be shipped until the check clears. Applicable sales tax will be charged to all items delivered to South Dakota and Illinois addresses. There is a place on the order form to select the appropriate municipal tax if you are receiving delivery of your products within the city limits of various towns within South Dakota. RFIDtagstcc.com is not responsible for any additional charges or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states.
Orders placed and requesting ground shipping will ship by
UPS, USPS, Fed-EX, DHL, or Spee-Dee dependent on availability in your area. If you
have a specific preference for your shipper, please indicate the preference in
the comments area of the order form.
Next-Day Air and 2nd Day Air options are available on most items but we ask you to call us at 1-888-819-8782 or 1-605-203-0161 or email at rfidtagstcc@hotmail.com to check that the items you need are in stock and available for expedited shipping.
Custom imprinted tags usually take approximately 3 weeks to arrive but may take an extra week or two depending on the time of year and number of custom orders ahead of your order (Jan. thru May is usually busier).
Returns
Electronic ID (except Allflex Tags) tags must be in the original, unopened package in order to be
accepted for return due to the nature of the product and the linking of the
numbers to your premise and location. Please note that once the order is placed and numbers have been assigned to you for Allflex EID tags, Allflex will not cancel, exchange or accept a return for these products and you will be responsible for the cost of the tags. Custom orders to be returned will be at the discretion of Sagebrush LLC and the manufacturer. Other items may be returned for refund
within 30 days of receipt in the same shape as received. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Please let us know immediately if you have received damaged items..
When returning any products please call or email for a "Return Authorization" (RA) number in order to be properly credited for the return.
